The housing estate was build 1985 and accommodates 18 parties (one
trade office at the ground floor ). The building consists of four
floors and has a saddleback roof.
The apartment is situated in the first floor and was just renovated
completely.
For floor covering a high quality new wool carpet was used at the
living/bedroom, at the floor/kitchen and bathroom very nice and
resistant flag stones were floored. The new fitted kitchen is eqipped
with electric cooker ,
refrigerator with freezer, and various cabinets. The bathroom walls
were fitted out with high decorative tiles up to the ceiling. Also

The district Heining, which was suburbanized 20 years
before from Passau , is situated aprox 4 miles western from downtown.
The housing estate can be signified as absolutely quiet. The downtown
area can be reached very comfortably by car in a few minutes. A busstop
(direct access to downtown area and the University Passau) is situated
diectly in the front of the building. Besides the district provides
all infrastructural needs. E.g. a bank, butchery , pharmacy , bakery
reachable on foot. Furthermore there are different possibilities for
leisure: e.g a fitness studio, a park, the river Donau five minutes
abroad.
